Racketball is played between two players on a squash court using a racketball racket each, and a ball approved by England Squash & Racketball. It differs from squash in that the ball is much larger and the rackets have bigger heads but shorter handles. The scoring system is very similar to squash.
Racketball is a great way to keep fit and active while improving your hand-eye coordination. Every Wednesday evening 5.00pm- 7.30pm is our Racketball social evening. Whether you are currently playing Racketball or you are looking to start then this session is for you. All equipment is available to hire with guidance on the rules and how to play, provided by our qualified Racketball coaches.
We run racketball leagues throughout the year. We also offer racketball coaching on an individual or group basis. We have a social racketball team that plays friendly matches against some of the other local clubs. Racketball is growing rapidly in participation and popularity in our club.
