Classes & Activities
A break from solo training or playing on court to join one of our classes is a great way to reach your goals when encouraged and motivated by a trained instructor. Please give it a go when you join us.
We offer a wide variety of classes which are included and free to members – Circuit training, High Intensity Training (HIIT), Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Boot Camps and Spinning classes.
We also offer Zumba, Pilates, Yoga and Movement to Music. These classes are run by independent instructors and carry a modest charge to members but are available for non-members to join in. Due to their popularity, it is advisable to enquire with the club about availability of spaces to avoid disappointment. Extra classes can be laid on, if required, to meet demand.
The classes are held upstairs in our dance studio or spinning studio. A weekly schedule can be found on the website, but for the latest information it is worth contacting us directly .

MMA with Pacie
Mixed Martial Arts has a variety of different martial art styles integrated to the sport. MMA includes both stand up (striking) and grappling (ground fighting ) martial art styles include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Boxing and submission wrestling.
