Our Classes

A break from solo training or playing on court to join one of our classes is a great way to reach your goals when encouraged and motivated by a trained instructor. Please give it a go when you join us.

We offer a wide variety of classes which are included and free to members – Circuit training, High Intensity Training (HIT), Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Boot camps & Spinning classes. 

We also offer, Zumba and Movement to music. These classes are run by independent instructors and carry a modest charge to members but are available for non-members to join in. Due to their popularity, booking for these classes is necessary to limit numbers and avoid disappointment. If we find a class is extremely popular then rather than disappoint anyone we will lay on extra classes to meet demand.  

 The classes are held in our dance studio  or our separate spinning studio. These classes run at different levels on different days, contact us for the latest schedule and availability.

Other groups carrying out their activities/hobbies include Scottish and Irish dancing who enjoy taking a break in our lounge with tea & coffee


MMA with Pacie

Mixed Martial Arts has a variety of different martial art styles integrated to the sport. MMA includes both stand up (striking) and grappling (ground fighting ) martial art styles include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Boxing and submission wrestling.
