Room Hire
Our upstairs function room and bar are available for hire all week, subject to availability. It is not necessary to be a member of the club, but the booking fee includes a year’s social membership allowing you to use the bar and the clubroom facilities. The rooms are used for a wide variety of activities and can be set up in advance of an event.
The booking fee is either for an entire evening or can be charged by the hour. Please contact the club for details on 01476 561449 or sarah@granthamsquash.co.uk The function room has a large wooden dance floor, has a wall-mounted 55’’ smart TV and has a large folding door for occasions requiring privacy. Capacity is 120 persons. Adjacent to the room is the clubroom and bar which has a similar capacity and has plenty of seating. The bar is well stocked with drinks, especially real ales, lagers and wines, and snacks with competitive pricing.
The rooms are used for a variety of purposes throughout the week and we welcome all potential booking enquiries. Currently the rooms are used for the following:
The club shows flexibility to hirers to meet their wishes and allows for the set up of the room in advance with decorations and food laid out on tables provided. The club can recommend discos – or play your own music list from a tablet or mobile phone. The bar is open till 12.30am.
A deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable before the event. Please bear in mind the bar remains open to members using the facilities.
